Cancellation of Terms: Recurring Food Services

POLICY OF CHANGE AND/OR CANCELLATION OF RECURRING FOOD SERVICES

 

A full refund will be given up to 10 business days prior to the weekly food services delivery date that is changing or being cancelled. A notice in writing sent to info@chloerobi.com is required, and the date of reception will be the date we consider the request of change of services.

  • CHLOÉ ROBI Inc. incurs significant administrative costs related to the management of your food services before the delivery date. As a result, a $60 administrative fee will be applied to all recurring weekly food services changes.
  • No changes or refunds to the recurring weekly food services invoice will be granted for cancellations made within 4 business days of the weekly food services delivery date that is changing or being cancelled.
  • No changes or refunds will be given for same day cancellations as define above.
  • A full refund and cancellation of the weekly food services fee will be provided and granted in the event a service that has been cancelled by CHLOÉ ROBI INC. The administrative fee will be waived.
  • Refunds and cancellations of weekly food services invoices are issued by CHLOÉ ROBI INC. and may take up to 6 weeks after the refund has been processed to be received. Refunds are issued either by cheque or directly to the original method of payment, when possible. Cancellations of invoices are issued within 6 weeks by CHLOÉ ROBI INC.
