Instructions: We love it at room temperature, for ultimate moistness. For a treat, toast it in a regular toaster (watch out to not let it crumble, flat is better), and add some almond or peanut butter on top! Ingredients: Organic fresh bananas (never pre-made purée)*, organic almond*, organic whole grain gluten-free oats*, organic Quebec single-origin maple syrup*, organic coconut blossom sugar*, organic virgin coconut oil*, rice flour, organic tapioca*, organic corn starch*, baking powder, organic apple cider vinegar*, real vanilla extract*, organic nutmeg*, organic sea salt*.
Shelf life: Keeps frozen without any change to texture, designed for freeze-thaw stability. Once thawed, keep refrigerated for up to 1 week (7 days) or in your dry pantry for 3 days at a regular room temperature of 23C.
Our products are made in a facility that never handles any gluten, so you can be sure our product is gluten-free. We also use absolutely no dairy in all our products.
Our facility does handle tree nuts, sesame, honey, eggs, and peanuts.
